IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS:
Mobile SDKs customers still using outdated offline maps
From usage statistics we see that a large number for our Mobile SDK customers are not using the latest maps releases. This can lead to negative user experiences as they are not using the freshest maps but also creates additional hosting costs for HERE as we have to operate several services to support older map releases.
We reached per email to all of our Mobile SDK customers asking them to make sure that their users are reminded to update whenever a new map release is available.
Please support this in discussions with your customer.
New incidents endpoint for Traffic API
• In May 2018, new /traffic/6.3/incidents endpoint launched to support more incidents data
• The old endpoints /traffic/6.1/incidents and /traffic/6.2/incidents will be working for customers that are still using it
